Aspect and eg Solutions become Strategic Sponsors of the Planning Forum’s Back Office Best Practice and 2014 Education Programme

Watch the video describing the full 2014 programme.

We are delighted to announce our 2014 Back Office Best Practice and Education programme, supported by strategic sponsors, Aspect and eg  solutions. The programme will address the number one challenge identified by members of our back office/processing community, that of obtaining data in this environment.

At the end of 2013, we engaged a number of you, our members of the Back Office Community to identify what focus, topics and events would be most effective at driving improvements in this area. The findings were very interesting and very clear: Data. The programme will therefore create a clear list of ideas, approaches and solutions to help overcome this challenge. Strategic sponsorship from Aspect and eg solutions will enable this programme, to be accessible to all within this community to help progress operational standards and understanding.

Julie Murray, Senior Marketing Program Specialist at Aspect expressed the importance of this strategic sponsorship, “The Professional Planning Forum’s Back Office Community is approaching its 7th anniversary, yet a number of its members are still struggling with the starting point when looking to drive operational management methods in their environments. Aspect and eg solutions are very proud to have been part of this community since its inception at Goodison Park back in 2007, and we are delighted we will be able to help support and supplement the large list of activities throughout 2014.”

Colin Whelan, Head of Professionalism at the Professional Planning Forum, and the strategic owner of the Planning Forums Back Office Community echoed Julie’s comments “It does not come as a surprise the level of commitment Aspect and eg solutions are displaying towards the best practice community. We have a unique membership base at the Forum, which includes industry bodies, education institutions, customer organisations and industry solution providers, who are all united in our quest to learn what good looks like, how this is achieved and shared with others.”
