Planning for field service operations

Despite the growth of contact centres and remote-access technology, many organisations still need to visit people in their homes or offices – or to repair equipment on site in remote locations. The new Field Planning Network brings people together to share best practice in forecasting, planning, scheduling or dispatching work that is based off-site ‘in the field’.
