Back office and enterprise planning

There has been huge interest from members in taking planning and performance management disciplines from the call centre into other operations that are fundamental to the overall customer experience. As a result we have set up a new group on field planning and looking at another on Planning for retail. We are also inviting more Operations Managers to join our community of best practice in the back office.
