Two day training courses

The specialist certificates combine two training courses with our unique 12 month professional development programme of mentoring and project work, offering formal recognition of your professional specialism. The training comprises of your chosen two-day training course with either the Time Management for Analysts or the Gaining Confidence and Buy-in course.

The well-proven mentoring programme, based on the methods used for both the Foundation and Advanced Certificates, helps you to develop your skills and knowledge through the day-to-day experience of your existing job role, applying new ways of workings in your chosen specialism to deliver measurable benefits through practical project work. The certificate requires completion of a benchmarking exercise, in your specialist area, learning logs and two project reports.  Specialist Certificates can be used to gain credits towards an Advanced Certificate in Contact Centre Planning.
