The Conference will close with the 16th Customer Contact Innovation Awards Gala where we announce and celebrate the winners of these much sought after awards, to be held in Harrogate on 24th April 2018. There will also be a chance to meet and learn from all the finalists at the site visits which take place in June. Dates will be announced over the next month.
