See the 2018 Innovation Awards Shortlist and Conference recap

I am really pleased to be able to share the shortlist for the 2018 Innovation Awards, just released today, which reveal a powerful range of the best approaches to improve your customer operations. Take a look and book to see them at our conference on April 23-24 in Harrogate or the Site Visits in June/July.
This builds on the brilliant stories of success that made our National Conferences on November 28-29 such engaging and inspiring events this year. Students on the challenge programme also led the way, in driving personal learning and contribution.
With investment in new members of the Forum team to support you, as well as a farewell from a few who have moved on, all of us wish you a very happy Christmas and New Year.

Kind Regards,
Paul and Phil
