Programme highlights for 2017-18 

  • Standards Benchmarking & Accreditation: 30-40 teams in the Planning Groups. This July sees the launch for Insight, October for Quality professionals.
  • The 2018 Challenge: consolidating the investment of the last two years to focus support in helping your teams drive improvement.
  • Professional Services: to help you drive improvement faster, with bespoke services and experience across many different sectors.
  • Learning & Development: Hundreds of graduates through our partnership with Ulster University, government-funded training through the new national apprenticeships and flexible learning options to suit every need.
  • Flagship Conferences on 28-29th November in Warwickshire and 23-24th April, back in Harrogate
  • A combined National Awards Gala Dinner on 26 September in the Hilton, Manchester – an unmissable team night out with the best of the best!
  • The chance to talk with exceptional speakers at our Strategy & Leadership Forum on Sept 14th in London
