  1. Competitors – site visits are not open to direct competitors If you have any concerns about this, please email events@theforum.social and we can check with the host in advance of the event.
  2. Non-disclosure – Some hosts may request non-disclosure forms to be completed in advance of the visit. If this is required, a member of The Forum Team will be in touch with full details as soon as possible.
  3. Due to security reasons the hosts may not permit the use of electronic devices on the call centre floor. We respectively ask that guests on the site visit restrict phone calls to the meeting room provided and do not take phones or devices on the site tour.
