What you need to do
- Complete and return this application form to firstname.lastname@example.org. It will enrol you with Ulster University. If you would like a student card please send a digital photo (head and shoulder).
- A coverage exercise, for which we ask you get data for one of your departments. We will base some exercises on the course around the data you provide.
- A ‘pre-course preparation’ sheet, which we ask you to bring on memory stick as well as a printout.
Following the workshop there will be a series of group tutorials and you are asked to make every endeavour to attend these as they will help you with respect to the assignments.
What you need to know
Please do not book flights before 17:30 or trains before 17:00 without letting us know in advance. Please contact Christine if you are delayed on the day on 07976 920386.
We can provide training laptops on the course, but if you prefer you can bring your own to use on the course. However it does need Microsoft Office installed on your PC and the ability to install files from a memory stick. If you can bring a laptop please let me know.
Finally, we will send out an invite for a quick call in the week before the course – about 45 minutes – for University induction. Please look out for the invite.
