Our virtual learning environment provides more than a thousand specialist best practice videos, articles, case studies and research documents – plus specialist social forums and support networks. Ask the Expert: our Member Advice Service

Use our knowledge and exposure to best practice to help you drive improvements. Many corporate members find that a quick chat, when starting a new initiative, is valued support. This might be by phone, email, Online Forum or at a Forum event. Whether directed to relevant research or case study material or by reaching out to others in our professional network, you feel the difference this makes. If more intense support is required, we can discuss your requirements and prepare a proposal.

The Annual Member Review and Member Workshops

The member review for corporate members is a 2-hour workshop or series of meetings, usually held on-site, each year, but sometimes shared with other organisations. Some members upgrade to run annual or quarterly workshops, focussed around their business imperatives, which can be combined with Standards Benchmarking. This is the chance for us to understand your business imperatives more deeply, in order to accelerate value and impact in the business.

Nominated Members: individual professionals bring value back

These are the professionals who get involved in activities and gain access to our Advice & Support services, along with discounts on training programmes. Corporate Members can now upgrade Nominated Members, at no extra cost, to become Accredited Professionals in any of our Professional Forums. Individuals can also join as Accredited Professionals for just £6.50 per month. An unlimited number of colleagues can now receive our free Top Tips and specialist News Update service.
