Job Overview
With NICE's growing focus and transformation to Cloud, also our Workforce Optimization solutions as WFM, EEM, NPM and QM are becoming cloud oriented, with dedicated KPI's and ongoing measurement of our cloud revenues around those solutions. The Cloud WFO Solutions Sales Overlay position is introduced to support and lead this Cloud-business growth, from GTM definition to business generation activities and to provide support for ongoing sales activities.  
The position is carrying the EMEA Cloud WFO booking targets & KPI's, working closely with the different sub-regional sales and presales teams as well as the product LOB's, to meet and exceed those targets.   
The Cloud WFO Solutions Sales Overlay will report to VP, Products Sales & Partners, EMEA here at NICE Systems.   

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Define & execute the strategic EMEA regional Cloud WFO solutions GTM plan
  • Act as the Cloud WFO sales expert, by demonstrating Cloud applications sales know-how
  • Work with the different sales teams to identify opportunities with our existing customers
  • Identify new opportunities with non-NICE customers, also as part of a competitive attack
  • Provide sales overlay support for ongoing sale processes as part of the opportunity team
  • Regularly monitor and report the EMEA Cloud WFO business status, from pipeline generations to bookings
  • Regularly monitor and report the EMEA Cloud WFO KPI's as no. of customers move to cloud, competitive attack KPI's and more
  • Work with the presales team to ensure cloud sales knowledge transfer & build
  • Work with the product house to provide feedback on the products cloud readiness & needs


  • Proven experience in Cloud solutions sales & strong sales orientation
  • Cloud products & applications familiarity
  • Strong business management capabilities, including pipeline, bookings and KPI's monitoring
  • Proven experience with GTM planning in EMEA markets, especially UK&I and West Europe
  • Team player, working in matrix with different sales & pre-sales teams
  • Familiarity with the contact centre or customer experience market – an advantage
  • Customer facing & presentation skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel in Europe
  • Ability to be presence in the London office (office based)
  • Educational background in business management – a plus
