Forecasting Analyst – East Midlands – up to £30,500

We are searching for an equally well reputed and professional forecasting analyst to join one of the world's leading innovators in its field. You will be joining an existing team of highly skilled professionals to further enhance the service provided within the contact centres across their network of operations.

The Role
As in any professional and well-established contact centre, the analytics function is fundamental in allowing the planning department to create the most efficient customer services teams throughout the business. You will be tasked with ensuring accurate and dynamic information is gathered, prepared and scrutinised to help evaluate the business needs. Looking at the long-term analytics to achieve the desired information relevant to business plans and projections and considering relevant product promotions, events and sales.

As the company continues its growth plans, the importance of the analytical role will continue to grow alongside it, allowing for the opportunity for career development and progression.

As the Forecasting Analyst, you will play a vital role in your own area of a specific division and take responsibility for the Analysis within this. You will be taking ownership of special projects and be expected to work to tight deadlines. This will enable the strategic planning for the various operational channels of the business


Skills & Experience

  • Experienced analyst with experience working in fast paced multichannel environments
  • Strong abilities of using Excel WFM tool/systems such as IEX TotalView, EWFM Aspect, impact 360 Verint or similar.
  • Experience in retail or operational planning setting
  • Ability to converse to senior management level
  • Problem-solving and attention to detail skills
  • Team player
