This is delivered through a series of conferences and events and supported by digital and printed materials.

The primary purpose of this role is to manage all digital marketing activity including; - 

  • Creating Campaigns
  • Social Media
  • Individual Segmentation
  • Data cleansing

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

  • Build engagement through on-line forums, using appropriate platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook
  • Interpret data segmentation driving improved response rates
  • Create and deliver tailored content based on data segmentation
  • Designing HTML marketing emails and newsletters to be sent to members
  • Helping to manage and update website content
  • Maintain and update knowledge of processes, products and systems
  • Creating a social media plan
  • Contributing to the social media strategy
  • Managing the monthly communications cycle 
  • Documenting marketing and communication goals, tracking against these goals and managing a continuous improvement process.

Software and Knowledge Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce/Pardot 
  • Working knowledge of Google analytics 
  • Working knowledge of HTML 
  • DotNetNuke 

Personal Attributes and skills
We are looking for someone passionate about their professional discipline and self-development, with a track record of working with and encouraging others, a self-starter, good at learning and keen to make a difference. Someone who can work alone and as part of a team.

You need to possess good analytical skills, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, have a flexible approach to workload and expectations and an ability to multi task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Location, hours of work
The role will be based in our Stockport office, with an option to work from home, 40 hrs per week.
