We are currently looking for a Head of Resource Planning to join an instantly recognisable organisation. The role holder will be responsible for heading up the Resource Planning and Performance team. Working with Director Level you will set the resource planning strategy for the organisation and be responsible for the end to end Planning for a Multi-Site, Multi Skilled Contact centre.

The successful candidate will have worked within a Senior Resource Planning role and have excellent stakeholder management experience. You will have experience of managing skilled professionals within a resource planning function including Forecasting, Scheduling and real-time.
