Job Description

The biggest growth area for our client is within their WFM department and with that growth comes the need for a new Resource Planning Manager, which is where you come in. This business continues to lead the way as an industry leader within their respected field and there is a huge opportunity for someone joining the business to further your career and have a real impact on their success. 

What the job is:

As Resource Planning Manager you will be responsible for developing and embedding a resource and capacity management model across Operations; ultimately ensuring the business is able to deliver a superior level of customer experience in line with overall objectives.


Is this the job for you?

You will be a Senior Resource Planning Analyst or Resource Planning Manager and have done a Resource Planning role for at least four years ideally within a Contact Centre environment (extra points if you have experience in setting up WFM functions from scratch) and have been great at it and all that being a Resource Planning Manager involves – if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you.

  • Experience of developing capacity models without technological solutions (WFM)
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, professional individual
  • Excellent analytical skills with proven ability to provide data analysis 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are required
  • Excellent organisational skills and strict attention to detail are required.
  • Familiarity with scheduling process and practice is required
  • Excellent computer skills with strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks, with frequent interruption
  • Proven ability work under tight time constraints and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organisation and work with a variety of people. 
  • Must have demonstrated ability to solve complex problems
  • Ability to draw educated conclusions and make sound business decisions, based on facts and historical data patterns
