This role is on a permanent position and we have full time 37.5 hour a week contracts available. Our hours of work are Monday – Sunday between 08:00 – 22:00 (alternate weekends)

In return for your hard work as a Contact Centre Agent, you will be offered a highly competitive basic salary of £15,999.11 plus excellent benefits package including free onsite parking, 25 days holiday, 6% Company pension Scheme, Subsidised Gym Membership, discounts & offers for employees.

Who are we looking for?
When recruiting for Contact Centre Agents for our contact centre team, Affinion International look for individuals who have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will also:

  • Possess excellent listening skills 
  • Have experience of providing exceptional customer service within a call centre.
  • Have experience of handling customer complaints and managing customer expectations
  • Be able to use your initiative in a busy, high profile working environment 
  • Be a team player 
  • Possess strong PC skills including Microsoft Office packages

What will I be responsible for?
Our Contact Centre Agents are responsible for providing a high standard of customer satisfaction and service ensuring that an efficient, courteous and professional manner is upheld at all times. The majority of your time will be spent on inbound and outbound calls, but there will also include some administration duties when not answering calls. This will require the ability to work alone and as part of a team in order to meet department objectives and timescales. 

Responsibilities will also include:

  • Handling enquiries over the telephone and in writing 
  • Identifying and proactively seeking to resolve and support the needs of every customer and ensure that our service levels are met.
