This is an opportunity for a proven Resource Planning Analyst to join an exciting, well established organisation, based in the Midlands. This role will be responsible for forecasting within a contact centre environment.

Some of the duties and required skills will include: 

  • Prepare long and short term customer demand forecasts
  • Capacity Plans
  • Stakeholder management
  • Microsoft Excel advanced
  • WFM systems 
  • Telephony (ACD) systems
