Senior Customer Strategy Manager, Midlands/North East

Job Title: Senior Customer Strategy Manager      
Location: Midlands, Yorkshire , or North East location with some travel to other sites
Salary: £50 – 60k base, poss car or relocation allowance dep on candidate and location, plus bonus and benefits.

You will be joining a newly formed team and will be used to writing, developing and planning a Customer Strategy which has a clearly defined purpose and translates into clear operational deliverables. 

Some of the responsibilities will include: 

  • Working closely with operational stakeholders, Customer Experience, Customer Insight, Analytics and Continuous Improvement, you will be able to identify opportunities for change and future strategic development.  
  • Set the customer experience strategy, designing the service blueprint and ‘as is’ model, customer outcomes and continuous improvement agenda, to realise the business and customer objectives. 
  • Responsible for defining an insight led approach, setting direction and prioritization for customer improvement and customer experience design.
