Job Title: Management Information Analyst (WFM)
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: Up to £35,000

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in contact centre MI.
This challenging role will be responsible for owning the process of extracting consistent and accurate data to be used to drive business decisions. The successful candidate will be able to tell a story using data and have strong stakeholder management
Ideally you will have experience of Workforce Management tools, manual technologies and telephony though any similar technologies are also a strong advantage as, although this is a strategic role, it is also a very hands on position.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience as an MI and Insight Analyst in a multi-channel contact centre using workforce management software using SAS and Microsoft Access, Excel, VBA, Word and PowerPoint to an advanced standard.

Working at a senior level there will be a requirement for stakeholder engagement throughout the business to scope requirements, drive best practice and build cross-departmental relationships to optimise the business / resource planning function.
