The biggest growth area for our client is within the Resource Planning & Forecasting department and with that growth comes the need for a new Resource Planning Manager which is where you come in. What the job is:
The Resource Planning Manager will form part of the Resource Planning & Forecasting team based in Bristol. Reporting into the Head of Resource Planning, you will be responsible for delivery of front and back office planning across multiple locations, providing actionable performance MI, insight and recommendations. You will ensure delivery of accurate short, medium and long term plans for front and back office operations which focus on supply and demand drivers and are stretching yet achievable, supporting operations to agree and deliver these plans. You will identify and drive improvement opportunities and track benefit delivery to support the Operations area in achieving contractually agreed service levels and business plans as well as improving the customer experience.
Is this the job for you?
You will be a Resource Planning Manager and have done Resource Planning Manager role for at least three years within a Resource Planning environment (extra points if you have experience of using Ms Access) and have been great at it and all that being a Resource Planning Manager involves – if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you.
Some bullet points about you:
- Good understanding of resource planning methodologies and service level dynamics for front office and back office
- Detailed knowledge of quantitative and qualitative contact centre and back office metrics and their application
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel
- Previous experience in a Resource Planning managerial position
- Previous experience of driving improvement and business benefits
- Previous experience of dealing with Senior stakeholders
- Good understanding of workforce management operating practices and industry developments
- Knowledge of Access would be an advantage
