Mike England has 20 years of B2B experience within the Electrical and Industrial Distribution sector and holds a Masters Degree in Engineering and Business Management.

Mike is currently the Managing Director for Northern Europe at RS Components with responsibility for the UK, Ireland and Scandinavian markets. 

Prior to this, Mike held a number of senior commercial and operational roles.

Claudine Moss is currently Head of Systems ( Planning & Telephone ) at British Gas . Her strong background in Resource Planning includes roles at The AA and Virgin/NTL Media. In June 17 ,Claudine gained an Honours degree in Customer Contact Planning and Management from Ulster University, run in conjunction with The Forum.


Matt Rumins is an experienced Customer Success Professional having worked in many industries and countries , now delivering success for customers of Intradiem. His previous experience "customer side " brings a unique perspective that covers both customer's and vendor priorities.
