Chris Rainsforth is Head of Operational Management Best Practice at eg Solutions. He has been in the industry for over 15 years working in both in-house and outsource contact centres. He has held roles in Operations, Training and Support Functions. Prior to joining The Forum in 2013 he worked for one of the UK’s largest utilities companies where in his roles as the Quality Manager and Service Insight Manager he was responsible for building a multi-site, multi-channel quality assurance and customer experience function, which used modern QA theories and technology to redesign and refocus the company's quality agenda.
