RSA: Actionable Insight

David Hignett, RSA
David is an award winning Insight and Analytics leader. He specialises in condensing difficult and complicated operational problems into easy to grasp concepts to create clarity and understanding - making the complex simple. In his current role as Head of Operational Insight for RSA Insurance Group, David has delivered over £20m in annual savings with no IT investment. Prior to joining RSA, David was Head of Process Excellence for Capital One, the credit card company.
  


Jon Moore, RSA
Jon leads the Operational MI Team at RSA. Jon has worked in the financial services industry for over 25 years, and the last 12 years at RSA Insurance. Excelling in leadership and process improvement, Jon has successfully undertaken a wide range of roles during his career. Professional development achievement’s include: ICMI Contact Centre Management, APMP Project Management, COPC Registered Co-Ordinator, Kepner Tregoe PSDM and Lean Sigma for Business. Jon moved into his current role leading the Operational MI team just over 3 years ago. Notable achievements during this time include a positive 93 point uplift in customer NPS score, significant improvement in KPI performance, successful off shoring of work from UK to India and changing the perception of the MI team from “willing amateurs” to “focused professionals”.
