Benchmarking: What makes great communication

Whether we work in quality, customer experience, or insight to make a difference we need to communicate effectively. Whether our communication is a report, dashboard, presentation, email or conversation getting it right is critical. In this workshop we will explore and discuss our own experiences good and bad both as a producer and consumer of communications. Through the workshop we will look to define the do’s and don’ts of great insight and create a benchmark we can all aspire to.
