Leanne Grant, RS Components
Leanne is UK Customer Service Planner at RS Components. She is currently studying for the Advanced Diploma in Customer Contact Planning & Management.
Joshua McDonnell, Co-operative Banking Group
Joshua is a Service Analyst at The Co-operative Banking Group and has recieved his Professional Accreditation from The Forum.
Morgan McLeod, RBS Bank
Morgan is a Scheduling Support at RBS. He is originally from Canada, and first came to the UK for a postgraduate course in linguistics at Cambridge, studying Anglo-Saxon texts. As well as this subject, he has always been interested in computers and coding, and his current role gives him the chance to put these interests into practice. He joined RBSin 2013, beginning in a customer-facing role where he worked with credit card customers, and in 2015 he joined the Scheduling team. Here he has been able to develop his coding skills further by providing technical solutions such as SharePoint platforms and scripted, automated reports.
