Glenn Kent is Planning and Performance Manager at Worldpay. He has over 14 years experience in the Customer Service / Contact Centre industry, leading high performing teams in both public and private sector organisations. Recent roles have included the management of Cisco Telephony Infrastructure and Siebel CRM platforms. Over the past 18 months Glenn has lead a team in Performance and Planning across Front and Back Office department (at multiple locations). In 2015 he graduated with an Executive MBA from Newcastle University; allowing me to gain further insights into business strategy across different sectors.
